Generally, eating and drinking are not allowed after midnight on the evening before rhinoplasty is performed. Once you speak with Dr. Gabay or Dr. Gottlieb, you will receive more information.

How long can you expect to be out of work?

At Gabay & Gottlieb Cosmetic Surgery Center, the rhinoplasty procedure will typically last an hour in duration. When you’re recovering from it, the initial postoperative surgical dressing involves a small cast over your nose for one week. Most people can expect to be out of work for about one to two weeks. You should not begin to exercise again for at least three to four weeks.
